Fresh-Roasted Coffee is the best

Since receiving a popcorn popper and some green coffee beans for Christmas I have had an obsession with fresh-roasted coffee.  Roasting certainly is an art and passion and I aspire to roast the best coffee I possibly can.  My greatest satisfaction is to hear people say "Mmmmm, that's really good" after every sip, drink, or gulp.
