About Cōffee

It all started with a popcorn popper and a couple pounds of green coffee beans. A friend gave me a great gift a opened me up to a world I did not know existed.

Eventually I upgraded to a Gene Cafè roaster and learned to control more of the variables and roast with more control. However, it was not enough. I sold the Gene Cafè and learned to use the Aillio Bullet roaster, a small-batch, professional level machine.

I genuinely enjoy roasting coffee. I want people to enjoy what they drink and make it available at a price point that doesn't break the bank.
